Hannah is so warm and friendly that we felt comfortable with her straight away.

Her calm, reassuring voice reminds him of the breathing techniques introduced during their sessions together and reinforces the positive messages that boost his confidence. By his own suggestion, he listens to it every day, he finds it soothing and calming and a great way to end the day or to encourage new challenges.
